  Diagnosis & optimisation

  From a failing greenhouse to an optimised basil production

  Damaged piping, reservoir issues and a poor cover were starving the roots of oxygen and production was dropping. We reworked the installation end to end.

  • Full redesign of drainage and water return
  • 160 µm cover film replaced with a durable 200 µm film
  • Shade netting: 4–6 °C cooler inside
  • Groundwork for cooling (exhaust + circulation fans)
  • 7 mm polycarbonate facades for better wind resistance
