Support & follow-up

Staying by your side after commissioning.

A hydroponic installation is run day to day. After commissioning we support you online or on site: fine-tuning, nutrition, crop calendar, diagnosis. And when a greenhouse stops producing, we put it back on its feet.

Fig. 01The challenge

In hydroponics there's no soil to buffer mistakes: a few degrees too many in the solution, a drifting pH or a failing pump, and the roots react immediately. The Tunisian summer is especially demanding.

Fig. 02Our answer

Continuous, responsive follow-up: we monitor the key parameters with you, adjust the nutrient programme, diagnose problems and come on site when needed.

What the engagement covers.

  • 01

    Agronomic diagnosis

Identifying what's holding production back: roots, nutrition, climate, installation.

  • 02

    Nutrient programme

Adjusting the nutrient solution to the crops and their growth stage.

  • 03

    Fine-tuning and pH / EC

Monitoring the key parameters and fine-tuning the installation.

  • 04

    Crop calendar

Planning growing cycles for steady production.

  • 05

    Technical assistance

A team you can reach for your questions, online or on site.

Frequently asked questions

01Is follow-up done remotely?
Both are possible: online for fine-tuning and everyday questions, on site for diagnoses and interventions.
02Do you support installations built by others?
Yes. We also work on existing greenhouses, whoever built them.
03Do you support people you've trained?
Yes, follow-up after training is part of our approach: we help trainees launch their project step by step.
